Ekoli is an organization in Ghent that helps build the future of vulnerable children and youth with tailored science workshops. This year, they organized the second edition of their Questival, a science festival where children and their families could participate in workshops and build bridges with other scientists-to-be. VIB supports Ekoli and was present at the Questival.

Kids and youth from the Rabotwijk in Ghent and beyond had the chance to step into the shoes of scientists, diving into exciting experiments, savoring 3D-printed pancakes, unwrapping cool goodie bags, and exploring the wonders of physics.

They also got a sneak peek at our educational initiatives, including a fascinating project about blood and the VIB Grand Challenges project, Soja in 1000 tuinen.
